Concierge / Direct Primary Care medical services are available to local residents of the Southern Berkshires and Western Massachusetts, as well as individuals and families visiting the area on a short-term or seasonal basis.

Concierge / Direct primary care medical services may include, but are not limited to:

Comprehensive primary care visits

• Preventive care and routine health maintenance

• Ongoing primary care management

• Health screenings and wellness planning

  Acute illness evaluation and management

• Prompt assessment and treatment of new or urgent health concerns

• Treatment of common acute illnesses and injuries

  Chronic disease management

• Long-term management of conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, and other chronic illnesses

• Monitoring, education, and care planning

  Medication management

• Medication review and optimization

• Coordination with pharmacies and specialists as needed

  Care coordination and advocacy

• Assistance navigating specialty referrals, diagnostic testing, and external healthcare services

• Coordination with other providers when appropriate

Care for Visiting & Seasonal Patients:

• Short-term medical care for individuals visiting the Southern Berkshires or Western Massachusetts

• Evaluation and management of acute concerns while away from home

• Coordination with a patient’s primary provider when requested

Payment & Pricing:

Services are provided on a cash basis. Pricing is discussed transparently in advance of care so patients understand the costs before services are rendered. Insurance is not billed.
