A Transparent, Self-Pay Approach to Care

Care at CThibault, NP – Concierge / Direct Primary Care is provided on a self-pay basis. Insurance is not billed. This allows visits to be unrushed, personalized, and focused entirely on your health rather than insurance requirements.

Pricing is straightforward and discussed in advance, so you always know what to expect.

How Payment Works

  • Services are self-pay

  • Insurance is not billed

  • Payment is due at the time of service (all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna are accepted)

  • HSA/FSA cards are accepted for eligible medical services

  • Receipts are provided for your records

This model allows for longer visits, direct access to your clinician, and individualized care without the limitations of traditional insurance-based medicine.

Typical Visit Pricing

Pricing varies based on visit length, complexity, and services provided. If cost is a concern, please let us know. Fees may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis for patients experiencing financial hardship. Patients are encouraged to contact us to discuss available options.

Typical visit fees include:

  • New patient comprehensive visits: starting at $250

  • Established patient visits: starting at $150

  • Telehealth visits: starting at $125

  • Same-day or priority visits: starting at $175

  • Annual preventive / wellness visits: starting at $275

Additional services, testing, or extended visit time are discussed in advance so there are no surprises.

  • Preventive and primary care services

  • Chronic condition management

  • Medication management

  • Care coordination and referrals when needed

  • Clear communication and follow-up

Additional Services

Some services may carry an additional fee, including but not limited to:

  • In-home testing or procedures

  • Injections or vaccinations

  • Medical forms, letters, or record reviews

  • Extended visits or complex care coordination

Any additional charges are reviewed with you beforehand.

Care for Visitors & Seasonal Residents

Care is available for visitors and seasonal residents in the Berkshires and surrounding areas. Short-term and same-day visits are offered based on availability, using the same transparent, self-pay pricing model.

Memberships

At this time, care is offered on a per-visit basis.
Membership options may be introduced in the future as the practice grows.
