Colleen Thibault is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care and a strong commitment to patient-centered medicine. Her practice is founded on her belief that high-quality medical care is built on time, attention, and a genuine partnership between provider and patient.

Through a concierge / direct primary care medical model, Colleen offers unrushed visits, individualized care plans, and thoughtful coordination tailored to each patient’s needs. This approach allows for deeper conversations, clearer understanding, and care that aligns with your health goals, values and lifestyle.

Care is provided independently and on a cash basis. Insurance is not accepted, allowing visits to remain focused on clinical needs rather than administrative constraints. This model supports continuity, flexibility, and a more personalized healthcare experience.

Colleen serves individuals and families throughout the Southern Berkshires and Western Massachusetts.

Services are provided by a licensed Nurse Practitioner in accordance with Massachusetts state regulations.
